We’re often asked if our pods can be used as a permanent residence, and the answer is an emphatic “Yes!” Our structures are an extremely cost-effective way of owning your dream home for a fraction of the outlay of a traditional build; you provide the land and the ideas and we’ll do the rest!
You’ll almost certainly require planning permission for a pod to be used as the main dwelling. Our residential pods are constructed to full UK Building Regulations (including full insulation and fire & electrical safety too, for complete peace of mind) and we’ll help you achieve all relevant permissions.
While off-grid living is technically possible, most clients choose to link their new home to electricity and water mains – septic tanks provide a solution for waste if you’re not within easy reach of drains.
